Payments and Billing
- We do not want your credit card. Urban Mixo is a 100% free, open-access utility platform. We do not have premium tiers, paywalls, or subscription models.
- How we keep the lights on: The platform is supported entirely by display advertising (served via Google AdSense). Advertisers have absolutely zero input into our mathematical methodologies or clinical guidelines.
- No payment processors: Because we do not sell subscriptions, we do not integrate with Stripe, PayPal, or any payment gateway. We hold zero financial data.
No Accounts, No Passwords
Urban Mixo does not have user accounts. We do not ask you to sign up, log in, or verify your email to use our calculators.

What Happens to What You Type Into a Tool
- 100% Client-Side Processing: When you enter a salary, a health metric, or a confidential document into a Diff Checker on Urban Mixo, the data never leaves your device. The mathematical calculations are executed natively inside your web browser (using JavaScript).
- The Airplane Mode Test: If you load one of our calculators and disconnect your internet (Airplane Mode), the math will still work perfectly. This proves zero data is being transmitted to a backend server.
- Zero Server Logging: We do not have a backend database for our tools. If you refresh the page or close your browser, whatever you typed is instantly and permanently destroyed from your device's memory.
Subprocessors and Third-Party Services
Like all websites, our infrastructure relies on established third-party networks to ensure uptime, prevent Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, and maintain security:

Security Practices
- All traffic is served exclusively over secure HTTPS/TLS encryption. Legacy unencrypted HTTP requests are forcefully redirected.
- Because we do not have a backend database or user accounts, the platform is inherently immune to SQL injection, user data breaches, and credential stuffing attacks.
- Hardware cryptographic requests (such as our Password Generator) utilize the native browser
window.crypto.getRandomValues()API to ensure true, non-deterministic entropy without network transmission.
What We Do Not Have
We are a small independent platform and we would rather be precise than impressive:
- No SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar enterprise third-party certifications. We have not been formally audited by a compliance firm.
- No public status page and no guaranteed 99.99% uptime SLA for consumers.
- No formal bug-bounty program. However, security reports and algorithmic bug reports are highly welcomed at contact@urbanmixo.online and we will respond as quickly as we can.
